Very good experience. I purchase 2 new tires and had front end alignment service. Jeremy's pre-estimate of the cost for the services was accurate. I dropped my car off before 8am and it was completed by 1:15pm. I received a call during the tire installation recommending additional services of oil change, engine air filter and cabin air filter. I appreciated the recommendations made to help me keep the car in working order, but declined the recommended services because I have the materials on hand to do them all. I picked up car at 1:30pm. Good communications throughout the process. I will continue to use Fort Washington Tire Pros and will continua o recommend them to others.

Jeremy and his team are very accommodating. I called around 9:30 am to see if they could do my front brakes around 1pm. They were able to do so and completed the job by COB. They provide quality work and service.

This is my favorite service vendor because everyone treats me with utmost respect, and they know my name. They look me in the eye when discussing issues and pricing (demonstrating honesty and pride in their services and competitive pricing), and they ensure that all available discounts and/or up-charges are quoted and applied timely. They treat me as though I matter to them, which matters to me. I have been with Eric and Jeremy since Fort Washington Tire opened, and they have taken excellent care of all of my vehicular needs.
